Rehabbing & Reselling Homes

When the timing is right, Heath and Kari also pursue purchasing homes and properties in need of a little love and rehab them.  Oftentimes this includes redesigning a home’s floor plan, stripping a house to the studs (or further) and then building it back up and perhaps adding an addition.  These properties are then sold once all the details are just perfect!
